I am a professional celebrant. I create, write and deliver beautiful, bespoke ceremonies for some of the most important and life-affirming moments in people’s lives: Divine wedding ceremonies; memorable funerals; heart-lifting vow renewals and touching baby naming ceremonies. I work with couples to create the unique wedding of their dreams as well as families during the darkest of days to help them say a meaningful farewell to loved ones. My role is also to help couples create a ceremony to welcome their precious new edition to the family or those who wish to affirm their love for each other. My vocation is really that of Fairy Godmother fused with a Master of Ceremonies and it is my privilege, pleasure and joy to be a part of these very special events.

With a celebrant-led ceremony people can have the freedom to choose any venue, limited only by the imagination. With a wealth of resources from poetry, readings, and music to a variety of inspiring rituals, a celebrant really turns these ceremonies into something truly wonderful. It really is the best job in the world!

The other passion for me is Art. I am a professional artist, specialising in landscape painting, as well as teaching Art with my Flourish creative painting courses. Art has been my life and after many years of designing, teaching, creating and running an Art gallery this aspect infuses everything I do, including adding that little extra to the role of a celebrant.
