Rachael Flanagan

Rachael’s role is to represent Claimant’s in Medical Negligence and Personal Injury claims and help her clients achieve the level of compensation they deserve. Rachael is also committed to ensure her client’s receive appropriate rehabilitation.

Keeping her client’s fully informed at all stages of their case, Rachael is approachable and builds a good rapport with her clients, handling cases in a sensitive and empathetic manner.

Whilst based in Leamington Spa, Rachael acts on behalf of Claimant’s throughout the country.
