 Elinor began her career as a trainee accountant in September 2000 at Edwards and Pentlands, which later became Pentlands Accountants and advisors. She earned her ACCA qualification in 2004 while balancing a full-time job and being a single mum of two young children. Despite the challenges, she passed all 14 exams on her first try. In February 2005, she took over Pentlands through a Management Buy Out, demonstrating her strong leadership and strategic skills.
