With over 20 years experience in sports and holistic therapies, Lisa is now the owner and director of the Therapy and Fitness Centre in Leamington Spa. Building her business from a mobile therapist to the Leamington Therapy Centre before rebranding to the Therapy and Fitness Centre. A wellness centre offering a range of treatments from sports massage, acupuncture, Podiatry, chiropody and physiotherapy to private GP appointments. alongside a yoga, Pilates and fitness studio for clients from all over Warwickshire and the Midlands.

Her vision is to get everyone healthy, living mindfully of their body. She says ‘It’s all about preventative medicine not reactive!’
