Hello please let me introduce myself. My name is Angela Reasbeck and I am an independent self employed travel agent. I am based in Solihull just south east of Birmingham and I have over 25 years’ experience in the travel industry. Since the first time, as a child, when I was taken on a ferry from Harwich to the Hook of Holland and then by train to the south of Germany I have been hooked on travel.
I have had experience in many aspects of the travel industry including front line sales consultant, tailor made specialist and management and during this time I have built strong relationships with customers and travel suppliers. I understand from first-hand experience how travel suppliers operate so can use that experience to advise you in arranging your perfect holiday or business trip.
I specialise in luxury tailor-made itineraries worldwide and no holiday is too simple or too complex for me. I also have experience in corporate travel and prior to running my own business I was a senior manager with a leading travel management company for more than 20 years the needs of the business traveller is something I know a lot about Whether you need a hotel in the UK or a complex business trip I can arrange this for you. And it does not stop there, I can also provide you with account management advice, management information on your business travel trends and spend and the unique Travel Counsellors travel app.
When I am not working I love to travel myself and have visited over 50 countries during my adventures. Some of the highlights of my travels have been diving in the Maldives and the Seychelles, Skiing in Colorado, Safaris in Kenya and South Africa, trekking up to the spectacular Machu Picchu in Peru, visiting historical monuments in Tibet and seeing the amazing Terracotta Warriors in Xian China to name but a few. But I have also travelled extensively in Europe and the UK and as a business traveller I understand the complexities involved and what is important to you when you are travelling for business having done many business trips both long and short haul.
