After a sumptuous feast of amazing sandwiches, cakes and champagne , I did my nutritional talk on gut health , and did a health questionnaire for them to complete ! I was made very welcome by the group , and have since attended an online event during lockdown, where the women are very supportive of one another’s business and enjoy the friendliness .
