Nicolette Williams Cert RP is the Director of Nanna (Nanny & Nursery Nurse Agency) Ltd, established in 2012.
Nanna is bespoke recruitment business specialising in Childcare and Waiting & Events Staff.
We work with local nurseries, schools, families and charities, supporting them with their permanent and temporary recruitment. We also offer a mobile crèche and babysitting service at training, weddings and events, and have worked with the NHS and local authorities.
Nanna has recently diversified into hospitality, supporting local hotels and catering companies with supplying extra waiting and events staff.
Nicolette’s background is childcare, where she has worked in a variety of roles including; Nanny, Teaching Assistant, Nursery Nurse, Deputy Nursery Manager and Childminder. She holds HND Early Childhood Studies, NVQ3 Early Years Care and Education, and keeps up to date with relevant courses including Paediatric First Aid, Safer Recruitment and Designated Safeguarding Lead.
Her passion is supporting people in finding the perfect role for them, whether that means a permanent position, or working as part of the Nanna supply team. Many women are unable to be employed on a permanent basis due to other commitments. By facilitating financial freedom and nurturing self confidence and professional development, jobs really do transform lives! Knowing that she is making a real difference to people – in finding them work and opportunities , and supporting local businesses – is her reason to get up every day!
Nanna is an active member of REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation) and ANA (Association of Nanny Agencies) and Support Molly Olly’s Wishes.
