I was invited as a guest speaker, to a Ladies First Afternoon Tea, where I was warmly welcomed. After a sumptuous feast of amazing sandwiches, cakes and champagne , I did my nutritional talk on gut health , and did a health questionnaire for them to complete ! I was made very welcome by the group , and have since attended an online event during lockdown, where the women are very supportive of one another’s business and enjoy the friendliness . I would definitely recommend this group , not only for the wonderful places they visit , and the variety of speakers they have , but for the support of each other in their business ventures.
Since Tracey took over the ownership of Ladies First she has done an amazing job and taken the group to a new level.

Ladies First Professional Development is a networking group for professional ladies that I was recommended too a number of years ago. I then became a member some weeks later after attending two or three breakfast and lunch events and haven’t looked back since. The ladies that I have met over the years have been so very supportive and inspiring, and I have forged many professional and personal friendships from the group.
Tracey McAtamney, who runs the group, along with her talented team, is fabulous. She makes any new visitor and members feel welcome and special. She goes out of her way to chat with all ladies during the meeting, and where she can, introduce you to other relevant professionals that may link well with your business. Tracey’s energy and tireless enthusiasm is catching and I am sure I can speak for most other Ladies First members to say that after each meeting, we go away feeling energised and focused.
The guest speakers that Tracey has found over the years to support each meeting have been inspirational, thought provoking and relevant to us professional ladies. So many talented speakers, all with their own personal tales to tell as to how they have reached their goal and willing to share this knowledge with the members of the group.
I have missed very few meetings since joining Ladies First as they have become a ‘must attend’ networking group. I always come away humbled by the talent in the room.
